  We called ahead about 11:30 am about a party of 11 people. At first they were not keen on the idea of a calling ahead. Then the person said okay we will put you down for reservations for 7 pm. We showed up at 7 pm. And told there would be a 2 hour wait. WTF... basically don't jerks us around for reservations when you wouldn't place them. Telling everybody staff is not worth it. Basically mean this place is not worth it either.

  Met up with some friends for dinner there and fell in love with this place! The ambiance is so charming. Food selection and quality was great!! Service was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

  DO NOT eat here if you have a food allergy!!!
  My cousin recently had her baby shower here and told them ahead of time that I have a milk/soy allergy. When I ordered I also reminded my waitress and ordered a plain salad...she then suggested I add chicken because they could make sure it was not cooked on the same surface as other things that were cooked in butter. I made it VERY clear and said several times that the chicken needed to be completely plain, NOTHING on it. After eating a few pieces of chicken another waiter came out and told me my chicken had been marinated in Italian dressing. I am milk/soy free because my three month old baby is allergic and I am nursing, he will not eat formula and gets very sick for DAYS when I eat anything with milk or soy. Needless to say after four days of him screaming in pain, neither of us getting any sleep, and him breaking out in a rash, I felt the need to leave a review.
  While I'm sure someone will say "dont eat out if you have an allergy" my sisters children had the same allergy and she ate out for TWO YEARS without a single incident. I also was fully prepared to eat just a plain salad but was assured the chicken would be fine.
  Not only do they somehow not know how to handle food allergies, but as we were walking in, hands full carrying a baby carrier, diaper bag, and multiple presents, the TWO girls at the hostess stand literally just stood there and watched us struggle through the doorway. Again as we left, hands still full, neither even bothered to open the door for us.
  This was probably the most pathetic customer service I've ever encountered. They really need to take food allergies seriously and train their staff on how to handle them, they are lucky the reaction wasn't worse, as I know some babies can end up in the hospital from eating milk or soy. I'd give this place zero stars if I could and will NEVER be eating here again.
